The Dog Days Of Summer...fewer new listings....fewer sales too. Like George (or was it Ira?) said, "Summertime, and the livin' is easy", so not much  of consequence is gonna happen until after school is back in. So y'all...we're takin' a break from market prognostications for until then as well and will get back "to it" in mid September. Oh, we'll still be working our little hearts out but, just not at blogging, that's all.
